The house has 2 double en-suite bedrooms and a voluminous open plan lounge/dining kitchen area with a grand fireplace. It is comfortably furnished with cream-colored leather sofas, an inlaid stone dining table, black leather and chrome dining chairs and high gloss kitchen units with oak work tops. There is Apple TV, DVD, Roku box, hi-fi, with MP3 player connections and multi CD player.
At the back of the house is a large stone pool terrace. It is covered and has a lounge, dining table, bar and cooking area with BBQ and a large gas ring with big paella/risotto pans. A great space for al fresco living and the dimmable chandeliers help create just the right atmosphere on those warm summer evenings. Both of the bedrooms have direct access via French doors onto terraces and one of the double bedrooms can be converted to two twin beds if required. Both are ensuite and have fans and air conditioning. There is newly installed Starlink satellite wifi throughout.
